A revival of forgotten motifs in vibrant pure silk thread work kanjivaram sari in a purple/ blue is handwoven in self jacquard pattern. The body is complemented with pett lines in Neli Lavangam, Arai Pogidi, Rudhraksham, Manga, Thilakam, Kamallam, Konia motifs, Parrot pogidi, Aari Madaam Seer, kaththari Mokku, Ashtakonam motifs, key motifs, kamalathilakam kodi and finally Paisa butta.
One of the main highlight is the Kathari Mukku and diamond pett borders, and the Dhavanakodi, koondukili and Paisley Maan depicted very uniquely in thread work on the pallu.
